Yep looks just like the Dreamweaver generated page I am cleaning up.
So much junk to do so little. Tags that do nothing tables nested in
tables divs in divs the list is hell, w3c.org validation spit out
over 200 pages of errors.
Hand coding RULES. Yes it might take more time but the results can
be lean and fast, reliable.
